汽車行業迅猛發展，但能源問題日益緊迫，汽車帶來的環境問題也備受關注。發展新能源汽車產業是

緩解能源危機、降低溫室氣體排放、減少環境污染的有途徑，目前，新能源汽車已成為汽車工業變革

的重要方向。

The automotive industry is developing rapidly, but the energy issue is becoming more and more urgent, and the envi-

ronmental problems brought by automobiles have also attracted much attention. The development of new-energy

automotive industry is an effective way to alleviate the energy crisis, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce

environmental pollution. At present, new-energy automobile has become an important direction for the reform of the

automotive industry.

作為新能源汽車電池的外保護殼及載體平臺，電池托盤的材料和制造工藝（機加工 - 焊接 - 裝配 -

密封 - 測試）尤為關鍵，這將涉及到新能源汽車上路后的安全性能、電池續航、電池壽命，以及電池的

防水、防火、防碰撞等綜合因素，為此，電池托盤的質量、重量、密封性十分核心，這是新能源整車制造

商，電池制造商及產業鏈配套供應商面臨的考驗，AEE 汽車工程會議平臺將依托在汽車制造工程領

域的優勢及會議組織經驗，于10 月舉辦 2020 上海國際新能源汽車電池托盤制造工程技術論壇，為

新能源整車制造商、電池制造商及新能源配套產業鏈上下游的技術、研發、生產、質量、工藝等人員搭

建技術交流、分享、合作的線下一站式平臺。

Battery tray serves as the outer protective shell and carrier of new-energy automobile battery, its material and manu-

facturing technology (machining-welding-assembly-sealing-testing) are particularly critical, because they will affect the

performance of new-energy automobile in running, including safety, battery life, validity of battery, battery water-

proof, fire protection, anti-collision and other comprehensive factors. To this end, the quality, weight and sealing of the

battery tray are essential issues, which may be a test for new-energy automobile manufacturers, battery manufactur-

ers and supporting suppliers in the industrial chain. Relying on its advantages in the field of automobile manufactur-

ing engineering and its experience in conference organization, the AEE Conference Platform will hold the 2020 Shang-

hai International Technology Forum on New-Energy Automotive Battery Tray Manufacturing Engineering, to build a

one-stop platform for technical exchanges, sharing and cooperation for new-energy automobile manufacturers, bat-

tery manufacturers, and other professionals engaged in technology, R&D, production, quality and process in the

upstream and downstream of new-energy supporting industry chain.
