預測到了2025年，全球食用魚的消耗量將增加21%達到178公噸，當中73%的增長來自亞洲，估計亞洲的海產消耗量將占全球總額的三分二。亞洲市場增長強勁且海產需求量大，拓展亞洲業(yè)務成為國際企業(yè)的首要目標。

中國是世界最大的水產品生產國、消費國、進出口國之一，年消費量超過6000萬噸。華東地區(qū)是我國最大的海鮮餐飲消費市場，年消費海鮮達837.88萬噸。近年來，我國人均海鮮消費呈現上升趨勢，2020年超過26公斤。城鎮(zhèn)居民的水產品消費比重從過去的 23%提升至目前的 30%左右。我國海鮮餐飲消費的上漲勢頭迅猛，以海鮮為主題的餐飲業(yè)態(tài)不斷融入大眾消費。各地海鮮大排檔已成為消費者外出餐飲的熱門之選，而以海鮮自助餐廳、海鮮火鍋和日式料理店等為代表的海鮮餐飲業(yè)態(tài)迅速成為流行趨勢。

上海國際水產海鮮展(SSIA CHINA)是一個大型貿易展覽會，了解中國水產市場的新動態(tài)，旨在為全球各地的海產供貨商及買家提供一個交流平臺，協助他們于上海、中國內地及亞太區(qū)市場發(fā)展業(yè)務，開拓商機、共創(chuàng)雙贏。

China's seafood catering consumption is rising rapidly, and the catering industry with seafood as the theme is constantly integrated into mass consumption.
