?參展細(xì)則:
A、填寫《參展申請表》加蓋公章后郵寄或掃描至大會組委會;參展單位需按付款通知的要求,于5個工作日內(nèi)交付展位費(fèi)的50%作為定金(人民幣),以落實(shí)展臺位置,參展費(fèi)用匯出后,請將銀行匯款單傳真至組織單位便于查收;主辦單位收到展位費(fèi)定金后,才能落實(shí)參展商所預(yù)定展位。展位費(fèi)的余額于2020年11月10日前付清,歡迎一次性付清;否則,主辦單位將視其放棄參展,參展企業(yè)報名后中途退展,參展費(fèi)用概不退還。
B、在確認(rèn)展位后,主辦單位將向參展單位寄發(fā)《參展手冊》;手冊包括展品運(yùn)輸、展臺設(shè)計搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有關(guān)信息,參展商必須按要求填寫好手冊中有關(guān)表格,并于截止日前交回主辦單位。

?exhibition procedures:
A. Fill in the application form for exhibition and stamp it with official seal, then mail or fax it to
the Organizing Committee of the conference; the exhibitors shall pay 50% of the booth fee as the deposit (RMB) within 5 working days as required by the payment notice to confirm the booth location; the balance of the booth fee shall be paid before November 10, 2020, and you are welcome to pay it in a lump sum. Otherwise, the organizer will regard it as giving up the exhibition, and the exhibitor will not return the exhibition fee if he / she withdraws halfway after registration.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the exhibition manual to the exhibitor. The manual includes information about exhibits transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangement, and articles rental. The exhibitor must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "apply first, remit first and arrange first"; the organizer can implement the booth reservation only after receiving the deposit of booth fee.
