東莞作為“世界工廠”影響遍布全球，改革開(kāi)放成就了東莞的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚，形成以電子、機(jī)械、紡織、服裝、五金、家具、造紙、玩具、化工等為特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系和完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。“一個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)，就能在東莞采購(gòu)原材料，組裝完成一部電腦”“東莞塞車(chē)，全球缺貨”，這兩句被社會(huì)各界廣為流傳的話。廣東省九大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值為30879.09億元，其中東莞有8大支柱，包括通信設(shè)備，計(jì)算機(jī)及其他電子制造業(yè)，電氣機(jī)械及儀器儀表制造業(yè)，紡織服裝鞋帽制造業(yè)，造紙及紙制品業(yè)，家具制造業(yè)，玩具制造業(yè)，食品飲料制造業(yè)和化工制品制造業(yè)。占廣東省工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值的43，東莞市制造業(yè)占廣東省總產(chǎn)業(yè)的36。廣東省的行業(yè)發(fā)展的重心已從汽車(chē)制造業(yè)逐步向3C電子制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移。
東莞還瞄準(zhǔn)先進(jìn)制造基地的目標(biāo)，提出一系列長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)：到2020年，東莞建成中國(guó)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)先行市，成為有全球影響力的先進(jìn)制造基地；機(jī)器人及智能裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值達(dá)到1000億元左右，年均增長(zhǎng)30；建成2~3個(gè)工業(yè)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)園和10個(gè)智能裝備特色產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,如今，創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)，已成為東莞發(fā)展新的動(dòng)能。這個(gè)動(dòng)能，正在挑起東莞發(fā)展的大梁。“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+制造”，已讓東莞制造煥發(fā)新的活力。這個(gè)動(dòng)能，正讓“東莞制造”走進(jìn)新的春天。
As a "world factory", Dongguan has a global influence. The reform and opening up has made Dongguan's industrial agglomeration, forming an industrial system and a complete industrial chain featuring electronics, machinery, textiles, clothing, hardware, furniture, paper, toys, and chemicals. "In an hour, you can purchase raw materials in Dongguan, assemble a computer," "Dongguan traffic jam, global out of stock", these two words have been widely circulated in the community. The total output value of the nine pillar industries in Guangdong Province is 308.799 billion yuan, of which Dongguan has 8 pillars, including communication equipment, computer and other electronics manufacturing, electrical machinery and instrumentation manufacturing, textile and apparel footwear manufacturing, paper and paper products. Industry, furniture manufacturing, toy manufacturing, food and beverage manufacturing and chemical manufacturing. It accounts for 43% of Guangdong's total industrial output value, and Dongguan's manufacturing industry accounts for 36% of Guangdong's total industry. The focus of industry development in Guangdong Province has gradually shifted from the automobile manufacturing industry to the 3C electronics manufacturing industry.
Dongguan is also aiming at the goal of advanced manufacturing bases and proposes a series of long-term goals: by 2020, Dongguan will become the leading city in China's robot industry and become an advanced manufacturing base with global influence; the output value of robots and intelligent equipment industry will reach 100 billion yuan. The growth rate is 30%; 2~3 industrial robot industrial parks and 10 intelligent equipment characteristic industrial bases have been built. Nowadays, innovation drive has become a new kinetic energy for Dongguan development. This kinetic energy is provoking the backbone of Dongguan's development. "Internet + manufacturing" has made Dongguan a new vitality. This kinetic energy is making "Dongguan manufacturing" into a new spring.
